I have a reborn of 69 time and couldnt find myself dealing the damage stated above.
This particular person claim that he have not used any hack when some people reported him in the past.
The picture look a bit blur-ish due to his "speed hack of his movement speed"
Now,This particular person have no other way of saying u are not a hacker now.
